Ordering Process and Delivery
Delivery times vary based on project complexity. Orders with minimal customisation that use our LH Agenda in-house stock can be fulfilled immediately after being placed via the LH Agenda store. Custom productions typically take 2-3 months from finalising the order details, with a minimum order of 1000 units required. For “piggyback” orders, i.e. where your order aligns with the production of our designs and the only customisation needed is for the cover, a minimum order of 350 units applies.

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
Yes, we cater to clients worldwide. Orders utilising our in-house LH Agenda stock can be shipped to any location across the globe. For in-stock products, we offer options such as monogramming of recipients' initials or embossing of company names or logos. However, for full-scale production involving orders exceeding 1000 units, we recommend collaborating with local printing companies. This approach ensures efficient logistics and optimally tailored solutions for your business.
What can I order quickly?
In-stock LH Agenda products can be shipped immediately. Customisations such as company name embossing, recipient initials or logo stamping can be done promptly. For custom logo dies, a minimum quantity of 20 notebooks is required and this process adds an additional 7 business days. Simply place your order through the LH Agenda store.
Where do you print your notebooks?
Customisations like adding logos or monogramming to our in-stock LH Agenda products are done by our team in our studio located in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. For custom designs that require a new print run, we work with our trusted partners in China.
What is the cost of the notebooks?
Since each design is unique, please provide us with the necessary details and we will be delighted to offer you a quote. Kindly include information on what you need, the desired quantity, your deadline and the delivery address.
